Jimmie McQueen

Jimmie McQueen comes from Strathspey in the Cairngorm Mountains “ A Real Highlander”.  He joined the forces on leaving school and has played his pipes in lots of far flung places. Okinowa, The Philippines, Australia and Africa to name but a few.  Committed to performing at his best, Jimmie has attended courses at the college of Piping, Glasgow and University of Stirling.  An admirer of the great Scottish poet, Robert Burns he displays his versatility by giving a rousing rendition when ‘Addressing the Haggis’ and is in keen demand on Burns Nights.
